My career objective is to encourage and motivate my students to be proud of themselves and try their best. Establishing self-confidence to attack any school or life challenge is the most important and valuable characteristic that a child can develop. Witnessing student success is the most touching, wholesome, and rewarding feeling that I have ever experienced while teaching these kids.
